Alice Italian Food academy
Our Italian cuisine school in Kenya
The project Italian Cuisine in Kenya has only one goal: to train our young boys and girls in sight of a professional future.
The professional school of Italian cuisine was created with the help of the professional institute Carlo Porta in Milano, Cucchiaio d’Argento and Federazione Italiana Cuochi, Alice for Children’s partners, with the aim of supporting our staff in Kenya in creating an educational plan, lessons and laboratories.
THE ITALIAN CUISINE ACADEMY IN NAIROBI
Alice Italian Food Academy is an actual Cuisine Academy; the boys and girls who stay in Alice Twins House, the campus within Alice Village, attend four-months specialization courses which are taught by Italian cuisine professors and integrated with workshops with real chefs.
Italian cuisine in Kenya
Kenya live off tourism, and Italian dishes are widespread and extremely requested by tourists from all over the word.
All our boys and girls, after four years of training/education and intensive months of specialization, are all able to find a job in the world of catering.
